Feeling their pain...

Wow. I've had so many friends contact me with struggles lately. It's so sad. I really wish there was a way to help them all. It seems like everyone I know is going through something...
  • friend with undiagnosed illness...has to go through MORE yucky testing. It's been months now.
  • friend with everything happening at once...car needs new tires, leaks in new house, broken dryer, son starting speech therapy...you all know how it goes, "when it rains, it pours."
  • friend of my sister (and me, but not close) whose dad just passed away suddenly...they are like family to my sister.
  • friend whose 18-year-old nephew was just diagnosed with stage IV cancer (there is no stage V...stage V is death).
  • friend who is pregnant (and radiant!)...due anytime really...concerned because in the past she has had to leave her babies behind in the NICU for a few weeks.
  • my own son...upset because he is changing occupational therapist. Tomorrow is his last day with his current one...but we will keep in touch with her. She's amazing!
  • father-in-law's dad just had a heart attack and subsequent surgery. The kids call him "Papa Harris."

Please think good thoughts for everyone. I know I am praying hard for each of them.
