Kids are cruel enough on their own without the help of an adult authority figure that they look to as an example. Whether this child had ANY diagnosis or not is irrelevant.

This does "not meet the criteria for emotional child abuse"??? Then what the heck does? Seriously, teachers like this need to be removed from classrooms until they have been thoroughly examined by a specialized psychologist.
